Due to our capital electrical upgrade, we have been notified that power is expected to be out for the offices and elevator January 30-February 2. This is a multi-agency project involving our electrical contractor, Evergy and North Kansas City. The schedule is subject to change.
Based on this anticipated limited service, the following is our response plan:
- Office access and in person support will be suspended during the power outage. Staff will work remotely and will still be available by phone and email. There will not be access to the building unless it is pre-arranged with someone who has key access.
- Since the elevator will be out of service and the physical office will not be operational, planned activities, including the Wednesday, January 31 evening small groups, will be canceled.
