First Baptist Church of North Kansas City is prayerfully seeking a part-time NextGen Ministry Director (20 hours per week, $30/hour) to lead and coordinate ministry from birth through age 22. 

This person will provide structure, vision, and hands-on oversight for our children, youth, and young adult ministries—recruiting and supporting volunteers, partnering with parents, and helping ensure faithful, consistent discipleship across every age group. 

We’re looking for someone organized, dependable, and deeply committed to helping the next generation grow in Christ, stay rooted in the truth of scripture, and deepen their connection to the life of the church.
